Our Selection Process

We receive over 8,000 applications per year and our candidates are carefully screened. The first step in our selection process involves reviewing the resume and online application (initial screening). If candidates pass this stage, they will be invited to a 45-minute Zoom industry interview. Our Zoom selection criteria include:


Assessment based on motivation and skills

The first step in the selection process is a comprehensive academic and extracurricular assessment, as well as an assessment of the skill set. The applicant must show that they have a strong interest in the industry and are competent enough to perform key tasks in the industry for which they are applying.


Language, personality and communication

The second step in the selection process is a comprehensive assessment of language, personality and communication. Applicants must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.


Commercial awareness and problem solving

Each candidate is selected through specific exercises covering major topics in their preferred industry. We measure commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and creativity.

Initial call

We want to learn more about your company, your needs and what you expect from an intern so that we can find the best candidates for your organization.



We will then match you with the candidates who best fit your hiring criteria and send you a resume for evaluation. If the candidate looks promising, you can invite him for an interview.



You will get better results by interviewing. There is no obligation if the candidate is not right for you, we will just go back to the search process.



If you agree to hire a candidate, we will take care of the necessary paperwork. All we need from you is a job description of the candidate, and we will take care of the rest.
